Begin the treatment at night.

Attach the mouth tray to the LED device (Not included in this pack).
Apply half of the whitening gel pod to the upper side of the mouth tray and half to the lower.
Insert the tray in your mouth and power the device for a 20-minute treatment.
Expel any excess gel and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
