How to Use

Use the Whitening Laboratory Strips daily, till reaching the desired level of white, or before a special event.

1. Begin the treatment at night.
2. Brush your teeth before applying the strips.
3. Dry your teeth for better adhesion of the strips.
4. Use the mouth opener to keep your lips in a fixed position.
5. Peel the longer strip and apply it with the sticking side towards the upper teeth. Fold the extra length behind the teeth.
6. Repeat with the shorter strip for the lower teeth.
7. Remove the mouth opener.
8. Leave the strips on for 30-60 minutes.
9. Remove the strips and discard them.
10. Rinse your mouth thoroughly. Gently brush your teeth to remove any gel residues.
